Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. Yes we do pet photography. you can make your pet part of your family portait shoot or perhaps even do a shoot of your pet only.
Q. Can I buy Momins Photography Experience Gift Vouchers?
A. Yes you can. Giving Momin's Photography Gift Vouchers is a great idea. They are available from our studio in denominations of £25, £50, £100, £150, £200, £250, £300 and £500.
Q. Do you do wedding photography ?
A. Yes, we certainly do Wedding Photography and video filming services. We also offer a really great Wedding Studio Portrait Plan for newly engaged couples looking to mark the occasion with something completely different from the traditional wedding shots in a relaxed atmosphere, in which to celebrate the important life step they are taking.
Many of our clients decide to come back even after their honeymoon, when the stress of the wedding planning is over, to relive those magical moments and have one of our expert photographers capture the magic of your new relationship.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place your order online through our website or in person at our studio or via telephone.
Q. How do I know my online order has been received?
A. When you have placed your online order via email or our website, we send a confirmation email to inform you we have received an order and will process it shortly.
Q. How long does it take to get my studio portraits?
A. After your Studio Portrait Session, we'll arrange your Viewing after a few days later. This is when the whole experience comes to life. It's your chance to view your amazing images, projected up on the wall, and talk about how they could look in your home and what options of presentation - frames and canvases you can order. It will take approximately 2-6 weeks from the end of your Viewing Session for your finished portraits to be ready for collection. These timings may vary from time to time depending upon our current work load.
Q. How long does Momins Photography keep my images?
A. We will usually keep the images from your portrait session for up to one year, so that you can go back at a later stage and purchase further images should you wish. However, we do offer a discount on our usual prices at your first Viewing show, which most of our clients choose to take advantage of.
Q. How much do Momin's Portraits cost?
A. We offer a wide range of display options - Frames, Canvas, Acrylic Mounts, Portrait Albums, Portrait Books - that come in different sizes and formats to give you a striking feature in your home. As a guide, prices typically start from £25 for a 9”x6” image in a quality mount.

A. Yes you can call us and buy over the telephone or you can pay us in person by visiting our studio.
Q. What payment methods can I use to make a purchase?
A. We accept cheque (payable to Momin's Photography Ltd.), cash and most credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. please call us to give your card details.
Q. When is my order charged to my credit / debit card?
A. Normally your card will be charged / debited on the day your order is received.
Q. Who do I contact if I have a query about my order?
A. If you have already had your Photography Session and Viewing appointment and have placed your order then you can check on the progress of your images by contacting our studio, who will be able to provide you with an update.
Q. Who do I contact if I have a query about my photography session or viewing appointment?
A. To find out more about your Photography Session or your Viewing session you should call our team in our studio.
Q. Who owns the copyright on my images?
A. Momin's Photography Ltd. retains the copyright to all images taken at your session. If you want to purchase additional products then please contact us.
