Data Privacy Policy
Your data may be used by Momin's Photography Ltd to advise you of products, services and special promotions and passed to its group, affiliated companies, agents, sub-contractors for research and analysis purposes only. We may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text or email.
Terms & Conditions for Vouchers issued to Customers
1) Voucher valid till the expiry date mentioned in them.
2) Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described.
3) Voucher may not be used to purchase images from a previous session or booking.
4) Voucher is not transferable.
5) Voucher can only be used for the products / services offered in it in writing.
6) One voucher per family unit per year.
General Terms
1) Payment of Goods/ Services - the customer will be required to pay for our goods and services ordered on or before the delivery of the goods / services and/ or as per the terms of our oral / written contract with the customer. In case of failure to pay the full amount outstanding by the customer, for goods / services ordered, the customer will forfeit the right to claim refunds of all deposits / advances paid by the customer. Momin's Photography Ltd. will forfeit all advances / deposits received from the customers, as compensation for the goods/services provided to the customer.
2) Delivery of Goods / services - any goods/services ordered by the customer, will be delivered to the customer, only on full payment of the total sum outstanding from the customer. In case of failure to settle the full outstanding amount to be paid, the ownership of the goods will be solely with Momin's Photography Ltd. and we will have full right to request the return of the goods, in good condition, back to our company. If the goods are not returned in good condition, then we will have the right to claim compensation for the damages.
3) Cancellation policy for portrait shoots - If a portrait shoot appointment is changed or cancelled without 5 days notice, a £25 charge may be applicable.
4) Waiver of Accidental / other damages / Risks to person or property - Momin's Photography Ltd. photo / video sessions do involve physical activity. This is undertaken at the customer's own full risk. We will not be responsible for any accidents or damages to person or property of our customers in our studio or outside on location.
5) Wedding & Commercial Contracts - For our wedding and commercial services contracts, the terms and conditions of our company, will be applicable, as per the written contract with our customers, i.e. as specified in writing, within the customer's wedding and commercial Booking form with Momin's Photography Ltd.
6) Limitation of Liability - in case of failure to deliver our commitment to the customer, as per the customer's written Contract / Booking form with us, our liability to our customers is strictly limited to the refund of the deposit amount only received from the customer. There will be no other incidental or ongoing liability attached to any of our oral/written contracts with our customers.
7) Governing Law - Any dispute or claim arising out of our Terms and conditions policy and the use of your personal information will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute or claim.
